The Food Pantry needs your help – Tuesday’s Need: From approximately 10:30am to 1:00pm. Help unload bulk groceries from vehicles, organize and stock the shelves, refrigerators & freezers. **Needs to be able to lift up to 25lbs. Wednesday’s Need: From 9:00am to approximately 2:00pm. Tasks include assisting guests as they shop the Food Pantry, take food to their cars, restock shelves, break down & recycle boxes, bring in folding chairs. If you can volunteer once or twice a month it would be a huge blessing! If you are able to meet either need, please call the church office at 530-751-0505 so we can connect you!

Mobile Meals needs help too! They meet on Saturdays (except the 1st Saturday of the month) at 9:00 AM in the Fellowship Hall to prepare lunches. Then from 10:30 AM – approximately 12:00 PM they deliver the lunches to the community by vehicle. If you can help, just show up! No need to sign up. You are welcome to just pack lunches or help deliver afterward also. Thank you!

Lydia’s House Jars of Hope – Starting May 4th, you can pick up a jar in the lobby, fill it with your donation, and return it by June 8th, to help support Lydia’s House. By donating, you are helping to meet the women’s physical needs so they can focus on allowing our Father to meet their spiritual needs. Or you can donate online at any time! Thank you for your continued support!

Mother/Teen Daughter Boho & Boba Tea, “Treasured” – NEXT Saturday, May 17th from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, join us as we explore God’s beautiful plan and abounding treasures for your daughter’s life! For girls in 6th -12th grades and their moms. $10/family. May 11th is the last day to register! “She is far more precious than jewels” Proverbs 31:10

C.O.P Meeting – NEXT Sunday, May 18th at 6:00 PM, Called Out Parents, let’s gather to connect and pray for our Youth while enjoying food and good company!

Memorial Day Church Picnic – Join us on Saturday, May 24th at Western Gateway Park in Penn Valley. Bring your family and everything you need for: picnic, shade, chairs, hiking, swimming, games, softball or fishing! No need to sign-up, see you there!

Rib Cook-Off – June 7th will be The Bride Church’s First BBQ Rib Cook-Off! If you would like to cook, register to be a Contestant. Or if you just want to eat, sign up to enjoy a Rib Dinner! Contestant check-in starts at 9:00 AM, dinner starts at 5:00 PM. Contestant Entry Fee is $10. Dinner is $10, which includes the Contestant’s ribs, coleslaw, baked beans and a roll.

“Fear God” Called Out Youth Summer Camp 2025 – July 16th – 19th. This year we will be going to Rock-N-Water Christian Camp for whitewater rafting, canyoneering and team building. Register for only $50! To complete your student’s registration, please complete The Bride Church’s Registration and Rock-N-Water’s Registration by June 15th. Thank you!
