Application
- Media Fast: Choose one form of media (social media, TV, music, etc.) to fast from for a week. Replace that time with reading Scripture or listening to worship music.
- Word Watch: For the next week, pay close attention to the words you speak. At the end of each day, reflect on how your speech aligned with God’s Word.
- Bible Reading Plan: Commit to reading a chapter of the Bible each day, focusing on passages about God’s character and promises.
- Encouragement Challenge: Each day this week, use your words to genuinely encourage at least one person, reflecting Christ’s love through your speech.

Thank God for His Word and ask for His help in aligning our thoughts, words, and actions with His will. Pray for the power to speak life and truth in a world that often suppresses the truth.
